Nagyfrekvencia Kft is a Hungarian market-leading company with respect to local and regional radio, specialising in FM broadcasting, trading, installing, and maintaining ELENOS transmitters for more than 20 years.
In Elenos Group they have found a reliable partner and supplier, who can continuously provide them with high-quality, stable transmitters. However, they do not just hand them over to their customers in a box. Nagyfrekvencia Kft usually install, setup, regularly maintain, check, and if necessary, fix them. The quality and reliability of the equipment is illustrated by the fact that all commercial, planning, installation, and operation activities associated with almost 200 transmitters installed in the past few years, has been handled by just a 4-person team. All of this would be unimaginable without its stability and the manufacturer’s high-level of support.

In many cases one pin indicates several ELENOS transmitters. Regarding local and regional FM stations in Hungary, ELENOS transmitters are the absolute market leader. This is evidenced not only in the local radio stations, there are several large regional networks which also only use ELENOS transmitters, they include Hungarian Catholic Radio, Radio Maria, Karc FM, Gong FM, and Radio Europe. In domestic professional circles the ELENOS brand means reliability, quality, efficiency, and economic operation.
A special use of ELENOS ETG/ET Indium FM transmitters: ensuring coverage throughout the capital with a temporary 8-channel mobile FM simultaneous interpretation system, which was operating during an international religious event. This unique system was used and installed in a different location each day, creating a mobile, transportable solution. Despite the extreme environmental conditions, the technology worked perfectly and flawlessly, with the operation of the entire system monitored remotely, which was a big help at such a large and important event.

To ensure the broadcast reliability of higher power stations, in most cases Nagyfrekvencia Kft also installed a smaller uni
t as a powerful backup. In this design, only the spare transmitter and the modulation transmitter system were equipped with uninterrupted (UPS) power, and an automatic transmitter switching system. This solution is an extremely useful and cost-effective one in case of transmitter failure, network power failure, or during maintenance periods.
